扁平疣的现代中医疗法

文摘：扁平疣是一种皮肤赘生物，好发于颜面，前臂，手背等

处。西医认为是人类乳头瘤感染而致；中医认为本病由风热毒邪侵

袭肌肤客于体表，则气血郁结，凝聚成疣；或腠理不密，卫外失固，

邪毒乘隙等均能致病。近年来，扁平疣发病人数成增多趋势。且病

程缠绵难愈，部分患者治后易复发成为美容界又一关注问题。天津

及其周边地区尤为多见，我们采用王海棠系列产品必要时配以针灸

辅助治疗，临床上取得了非常好的疗效，本文结合大量的临床病例

系统阐述了扁平疣的临床表现，病因病机，治疗方案及取得成果。

Abstract: The flat wart is a vegetation of skin, which is usually in the

face, forearm and dorsum of hand. The west medicine think it is infected

by the papilloma of human; The traditional Chinese medicine think the

wind-heat and pathogenic poison attack the skin and muscle and stay the

thermometer, then that cause accumulation of qi and blood and get

together and then come into being wart; On the other hand, the reason

that make the disease is the muscular interstices loosing, defend the

surface but loose the solidify and pathogenic poison enter. In recently

years, more and more people have flat wart. And the course of disease is

lingering and hard to cure. It is an important problem in facial that some

patients are cured but relapse easily, and it is usually in Tian Jin and the

area near it. We use products of Wang Haitang and some times use

acupllncture and moxibustion to help treatment, and it has good curative

effect in clinical manifestation. This article with a lot of clinical case

explain in detail the clinical manifestation, cause of disease, the ways of

treatment of flat wart and the positive result. The developing of science

and technology make human’s life expedient, but bring the different

populate at the same time. Viral disease is improving persistently in

recent years. SARS and grippe of animal have warned people in

succession. Flat wart as a viral dermatosis is growing and affecting our

healthy life, this becomes a popular topic of conversation in facial.

Conclusion: The ways of treatment in flat wart are various and the

clinical reports have good curative effect. But the flat wart relapse easily

and the other state of our body aren’t improved well. So during the

process of treatment, we not only make the disappearing of the wart as

the completely cured target but also accord the patients adverbial to cure.

After the wart disappear, the patients keep certain maintenance dose of

oral administration for three months usually, and modify according to

symptoms. In this way, we not only pledge the flat wart to relapse hardly

but also make the organism of patient have all -round recuperate. It is

showing the originality which attain the treatment efficacy and have the

effect in health and facial during the treatment of flat wart by using the

Wang Haitang products. After the treatment the patient skin is smooth and

delicate, and the flat wart relapses hardly, the bodies adverbial have all-

round improving and it has high praise by patients.

扁平疣的现代中医疗法摘要作者王居里（陕西海棠中医美容研究所有限公司天津地区经理）针对扁平疣这一好发于颜面、前臂、手背的皮肤赘生物展开研究。西医认为其由人类乳头瘤感染所致中医则认为风热毒邪侵袭肌肤或腠理不密卫外失固邪毒乘隙等致病。近年来扁平疣发病人数增多且病程缠绵难愈、易复发天津及周边地区尤为多见。文章结合大量临床病例详细阐述了扁平疣的临床表现、病因病机、治疗方案及成果。扁平疣常见于青年男女表现为扁平隆起、表面光滑的皮损一般无自觉症状。中医认为其病因包括湿热、肝胆湿热、正气不足等辨证分风热毒型、气血瘀滞型、气血两虚型。治疗采用王海棠系列产品口服加外用必要时配以针灸辅助治疗天津地区20例患者全部治愈且不留瘢痕。扁平疣治疗方法多样但易复发且身体其他状况改善不佳因此治疗不能仅以疣体消失为痊愈指标还需根据患者身体状态辨证论治疣体消失后保持口服维持量三个月。王海棠系列产品在扁平疣治疗中独到兼具治疗与美容保健功效。
