急性上消化道出血抢救流程摘要急性上消化道出血抢救首先紧急评估患者状况包括气道是否阻塞、呼吸频率与程度、有无脉搏、循环是否充分、神志是否清楚以及是否有呕血、黑便、便血、胃管吸取物呈血性等症状确认急性上消化道出血后立即清除气道异物保持气道通畅必要时进行大管径管吸痰、气管切开或插管无脉搏者行心肺复苏。在无上述危及生命情况或经处理解除后进行次紧急评估关注有无高危因素并开展快速临床分层评估与鉴别。对于非静脉曲张出血且为低危（小量出血）的情况有相应药物如015gBid、20mgQd等治疗方式同时需关注出血量（如5001000ml等情况）以全面指导后续治疗。
