Refractory RA is an elusive and moving concept.

难治性类风湿关节炎（ refractory Rheumatoid Athritis,

rRA ）:确诊类风湿关节炎的患者经 2种及以上的 DMARZs 药物正

定义 DEFINITION

The critera of rRA enrolled in one clinical trial:

•Moderate to severe disease activity.

•Have previously received one or more TNFi

and discontinued because of insufficient

response after 3 months or more or

unacceptable side effects.

•Having been taking one or more csDMARDs

regularly for at least the preceding 8

weeks.
