2008年天坛国际脑血管病会议（TISC2008）于6月13日至15日举行会议内容丰富涵盖了脑血管病多个领域的最新进展和研究成果。6月13日下午神经重症监护与急救进展论坛在307和308会议室举行多位专家分享了脑卒中重症监护、创伤性脑损伤、心脑神经学等方面的研究成果。同时脑血管病危险因素高峰论坛在305ABC会议室展开围绕卒中后降压药物选择、降压益处等议题进行了深入讨论。6月14日会议在多个场地同步进行。上午举行了开幕式和TISC论坛多位国际知名专家就卒中护理、美国心脏协会运作、颅内动脉粥样硬化治疗等议题发表演讲。中午及下午各分会场分别就血脂代谢与卒中、神经介入、糖代谢与卒中、心脑论坛、颈动脉粥样硬化、脑卒中病理生理分层等议题进行了专题讨论和报告。6月15日会议继续深入探讨神经科感染挑战与管理、高血压与卒中、神经影像、卒中后认知与情感障碍、脑卒中后并发症管理、脑卒中防治规范化等议题。此外还有颅内介入手术直播、脑出血论坛、急性缺血性脑卒中血管再通治疗论坛、辩论论坛等多个环节为与会者提供了丰富的学术交流机会。会议最后还举行了“美中神经科学与卒中促进会”奖揭晓仪式和闭幕式。此次会议为脑血管病
